Responsibilities include, but were not limited to:

· Providing bid take-offs and estimates utilizing On Center Software for a wide variety of projects.

· Qualify sub contractor estimates to verify scope of construction documents is complete.

· Provide accurate Gantt charts utilizing Microsoft Project.

· Initiated new ITB management system.

· Projects Ranged from $100,000 to $15,000,000.

· Still called upon today to assist on projects in estimating

Senior Estimator, Dallas, Tx. 2004-2005

Responsibilities include, but were not limited to:

· Providing bid take-offs and estimates utilizing On Center Software for clients specializing in retail projects.

· Qualify sub contractor estimates to verify scope of construction documents is complete.

· Provide accurate Gantt charts utilizing Microsoft Project.

· Publish RFC's that contain all required information to ensure all consultants make fast, accurate decisions to decrease turn around time for responses. Apply a suggestion with each RFI for faster productivity.

· Provide written scope of work documents in addition to client provided construction documents.

· Still called upon today to assist on projects in estimating

· Prepare and present at job proposals. Provide reports, copies of all contracts, change orders, receipts, time sheets, expenses, etc., to fully account for all costs and billable items to accounting. Provide budget, job number, cost codes, copies of contracts, change orders, change order numbers, job contact list, etc., to Superintendent prior to work starting.

o Projects Range from Commercial T.I. Projects in excess of $1M Commercial Shell and Core up to $1M and Commercial Remodels in excess of $500K.
